What are your rates?
Our hourly labor rate during normal business hours is $150 per hour. The hourly rate only applies when on-site working on your equipment. No hourly rate is charged during service call travel.
Our hourly rate during after hours is $200 per hour.
Service call travel is $3 per mile for round-trip travel to and from the location of the equipment being serviced. This mileage charge is waived for fleet customers that have regular scheduled service visits set up.
What types of equipment can you work on?
We can work on just about anything. We specialize in Arbor equipment, but we don’t limit ourselves. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve worked on a wide range of vehicles and machinery, including automobiles, environmental and construction equipment, and medium to heavy-duty trucks. Most equipment shares common systems—engines, electrical components, hydraulics, and mechanical parts—so our expertise applies across multiple types of vehicles and equipment.
What type of work do you do?
Our services include inspections, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. However, we do not currently perform engine, transmission, transfer case, or differential rebuilds, but we can perform complete component replacement. Unfortunately, Some diagnostic computer programs are proprietary to the manufacturer and not available in the aftermarket world so we are not able to perform ALL diagnostics.

We specialize in arbor and forestry equipment, including brush chippers, stump grinders, spider lifts, mini skid steers, articulating wheel loaders, chip trucks, bucket trucks, forestry trucks, trailers, and related machinery. How much will it cost to repair my equipment?
